We offer a very competitive base rate pay, along with monthly bonuses, health insurance and 401K contributions that reaches $45,000 annually.

Under limited supervision, the Sound FX Service Team (SFXST) is a vital role in our organization. Through effective communication with customers, the SFXST determines the services necessary, predicts the time needed for completion and stays in constant communication with the customer during the process. The SFXST determines services needed by accessing information obtained by the sales team as well as the technicians.

TYPICAL DUTIES INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Ability to effectively communicate with customers regarding services recommended and performed
  • Prepares vehicle check-ins, inspections, check-outs and conducts follow-ups regarding various customer inquires
  • Performs opening and closing responsibilities
  • Schedules appointments, answers phones and collects funds for services performed
  • Assists with the coordination of alternate transportation, courtesy vehicle reservations, etc.
  • Performs other duties as requested

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

  • Demonstrates an extreme attention to detail
  • Reads, analyzes and interprets general business reports
  • Ability to write, present and respond to customers and staff members in a professional manner
  • Ability to compute basic math equations

WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Occasionally lift objects weighing between 25 – 50 pounds
  • Adherence to Service Team Dress Code
  • Stand, walk or sit for long periods of time without resting (up to 5 hours)
  • 5 Day Work Week
  • Occasional Saturdays Needed
  • All Sundays Off (exception of special events : 1-3 per year max)

MINIMUM EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED);
  • Candidates must have a valid driving license and clean driving record
  • Experience with Windows / Mac Computer OS and Android/iOS Mobile OS

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $38,400.00 – $45,000.00 per year
